HSMAI Europe and Hospitality Technology Europe (HTE) partner to create The HSMAI Europe Awards to recognise the leading experts and industry professionals. The Awards will acknowledge the TOP 20 EXTRAORDINARY MINDS IN SALES, MARKETING & TECHNOLOGY across Europe.

The Awards Ceremony will be held on the 4 February from 19.00-23.00 at the prestigious Jumeirah Carlton Tower.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations received three weeks prior to the conference will receive a full refund less a 75 Euro administrative fee. Cancellations received between three and one week out are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations received within one week will not be refunded. All cancellations must be received in writing.

How to nominate a Top 20 individual

The Top 20 award recognises outstanding individuals. Please email us with the nominees name, title and company name, together with a short (max 150 words) paragraph on your reasons for nominating them. Please send nominations via email to marked in the subject line as Top 20 Individual Award Nomination.

HSMAI Europe Best in Class Marketing Awards

HSMAI Europe will also honour companies that have excelled in the following categories:

  • The Digital Winner
  • Social Media
  • PR Campaign of the Year
  • TV Advert of the year
  • Content Marketing Project of the Year
  • Best in Class Technology – Revenue Management
  • Best in Class Technology – Innovation Award

HSMAI European Travel Marketer of the Year

In addition to the Best in Class awards, one company will be awarded the title “European Travel Marketer of the Year”. The grand winner must have won at least one gold in one of the Best in Class marketing awards.

Judging Criteria

Each entry will be judged according to the category criteria and the following:

  • Challenge – Describe the challenge that your company attempted to meet
  • Solution – Give a brief description of the rationale behind the submitted entry
  • Goal – What was the goal of the activity?
  • Effect – Describe the effect of the activity

The Judges

hospitality_tech_europe01A panel of industry experts selected by HSMAI Europe from among its membership and leadership will review nominations for the Top 20 Awards. HSMAI selects judges who have demonstrated exceptional leadership ability and have outstanding knowledge of the hospitality industry. Judges are held to the highest standards of integrity and commitment to honouring individuals who have shown extraordinary leadership in our industry over the last 18 months. The entire judging process adheres firmly to these guiding principles and judges must exclude themselves from scoring any nomination that may present a conflict of interest. Nominations are scored on a scale of 1 -10 for the results of their leadership for specific sales and marketing initiatives.
