HSMAI operates regionally around the global. Each Region has signature programs, event and partnership
opportunities. Individual membership in HSMAI allows individuals membership privileges around the globe.

Partnership marketing opportunities exist in all Regions in the areas of face to face programs, content

Association Overview

Membership
Individual, multiple, and corporate membership options are available. Dues price points may vary by Region and
individuals may join online. Multiple memberships from one company around the global may be centrally
processed by contacting Stacy Gleason at HSMAI’s headquarters at sgleason@hsmai.org.

HSMAI Foundation
The mission of the HSMAI Foundation is to develop and foster insights, research, and scholarships for the future
to fuel sales, inspire marketing and optimize revenue. The Foundation is funded by Corporate Research Partners
who oversee their annual research agenda.

Signature programs and products of the Foundation include:

  • White Papers and Research Reports

The association has three widely recognized certifications available for industry professionals

  • Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME)
  • Certified in Hospitality Business Acumen (CHBA)
  • Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer (CHDM)

HSMAI Americas
The Americas Region consists of all members in North and South America and has over 30 chapters in key
markets.

The AsiaPacific Region includes all the territories of Northern and Central Asia and the Pacific and holds events in
Australia, Southeast Asia, and Greater China and plans to expand into New Zealand and Indonesia in 2015?16.

HSMAI UAE
HSMAI is in the process of developing a chapter in the United Arab Emirates and eventually a Region in the
Middle East. Currently a Steering Committee and a Managing Director oversee the educational programs being
produced in Dubai for members and non members in the market.

HSMAI Brazil
