Frank Reeves from Avvio CHDM certified in New York 18th February 2016

Frank Reeves, Co-founder and CEO at Avvio and a member of the HSMAI Region Europe Digital Marketing Advisory Board has successfully passed the globally recognised CHDM (Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer) certification in New York on 18th February 2016.

Frank, a big supporter and a valued member of HSMAI Region Europe travelled to New York in order to attend the CHDM workshop and to obtain the certification. He is amongst the first CHDMs in Europe and will be leading the certification workshop at the European launch of CHDM, 8th March at the HSMAI Region Europe pre ITB event together with Niklas Schlappkohl, Senior Director eCommerce at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and the Chair of HSMAI Region Europe Digital Marketing Advisory Board.

About the CHDM Certification

The certification demonstrates your expertise in maximising online revenue through lead generation, customer engagement and loyalty, online brand awareness and product exposure for hotels.

The CHDM certification study guide is organised into three sections: Digital Marketing Impact; Strategy and Tactics; and Analytical, Productivity and Management Tools. Topics covered include mobile marketing, online travel agencies (OTAs), public relations, search engine optimisation (SEO), paid advertising, and social media, among others.

This is the certification for hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management professionals who are interested in expanding their current roles; executives seeking to understand digital marketing; and, digital marketers looking to understand the hospitality industry.
