Payment can be made by credit card by registering below. If you require payment by invoice then please email postbox@hsmai.no with your name, email address, company name, full company address, and your company’s tax (VAT number) and we will email you an invoice which is payable immediately.

Payment is to HSMAI Europe and is in Euros.

Every registration will receive a confirmation receipt. This will include the details required by the German tax authorities, including the performed service, your company address, the total amount paid, the date of service and date of invoice, the invoice recipient, the billing party and complete address and the tax number of the company who is receiving the money.

Terms and conditions

Cancellations can be made until 25 September and will incur a processing fee of EUR 20

Cancellations made after 25 September cannot be refunded, however delegate places can be transferred to another person within the company.
